Today was my FOURTH appearance at Fry School in Naperville.
As you can see in the photo, I got some Fan Mail from the 5th graders in class 5C.
Thanks guys! I’m glad you laughed and loved the show! I also loved reading about the things you learned!
I enjoyed learning about your school and working the “Fry Fab Four” into my show…

“The teachers RAVED about your crowd control. That’s why we’re having you back for the 4th time to support our character program!”
-Kathy Urgo, Social Worker, Gower West Elementary, Willowbrook, IL
Our dog “Buddy” is wondering why he’s in the snow on Oct 12th… It’s because we’re doing shows in South Dakota during their 1st big snow!

Gearing up for eleven school shows this week!
Recharge the batteries!
Whew! I got home LATE after last night’s Family Night Show, & then had an 8:30am assembly in New Lenox.
It was my 3rd year in a row at this school and the kids were so excited. It was a great way to start the day.
I have done exactly 50 shows in last 30 days! Whew! : )
I’ve scheduled a few days off now to get ready for October. See you then!
Yesterday was awesome at Heritage Intermediate School!
They kicked off their new No Bully Program, and principal Chad Stamm & School Counselor Kori Cripe invited me back.
I’ve worked with Mr. Stamm at 3 differents schools over the years.
Last night we had OVER 700 PEOPLE show up to the Family Night, and after the show the meet-and-greet time took over 30 minutes.
Kids got the messages in a fun way, and parents were encouraged as they were reminded that they are a HUGE piece of the puzzle in their child’s character development. Of course, all of this was delivered in an entertaining way.
Here’s a message I rec’d from Mr. Stamm on Facebook:
Thank you, Tim. You are an inspiration to our kids and their families. Keep up the great work! We will be in touch, I’m sure.
I love it when this happens.
How did I end up doing 3 shows at a school in Glen Ellyn, IL, today?
The principal saw me last year at his own child’s school in a different district.
He saw a show that connected with kids & parents with great messages, and wanted it for his school.
The Asst. Principal told me after tonight’s show that she really appreciated how I worked in the school’s own character building messages. Then a dad told me that he LOVED the fact that his kids were hearing these positive messages while having fun.
That’s what I do!
This was the first time the PTA had tried a Family Night like mine, and it was packed! All seats and bleachers were full, and it was a big success.
Here I am pictured with the Principal and PTA Cultural Arts Chairperson.
Thanks for having me! : )
WHEN: A few minutes before show time last night.
HOW: I poked my iPhone out through the curtain and took this photo.
THE SEATING: They originally thought the bleachers would be enough. We filled the bleachers, plus 200 chairs, and still had standing room only. I love the big crowds we always get at Family Night!
THE RESPONSE: My favorite comment after the show was a dad who said,
“Thanks for the message you are giving to kids. I want you to know you ARE making a difference!”
I’m bringing “The Pro-Kids Show” to elementary school kids NINE times this week, including three Family Night Shows.
All but one school are schools who have had me before.
Find out what you are missing and book an Assembly or an Assembly/Family Night combination today! : )
Today I was back at St. Petronille’s, a Catholic school in Glen Ellyn, IL.
The parent group said they asked me back because all the kids AND teachers were asking for me again. I was last there 8 months ago!
So… today I brought them the Pro-Kids Show for the K-5 group, and then my middle school show, which is called UP! “Living Wise Daily”
The principal, Dr. Kelly, said she was very impressed on how interactive my show was… even for the middle schoolers!
If your middle school wants to have me on the same day that I’m in town for the elementary school shows, be sure to let Marcia know. We’ve got a great deal going on that package. : )
Today I was back at Lotus Elementary for the 3rd time. I’m pictured here with Pro-Kids fan and principal Miss Mason. I really liked their school theme. The kids are called “All Stars”, and they can earn stars when they show that All Stars ROCK.
Here is the acronym for ROCK:
Respectful
RespOnsible
Cooperative
Kind
Thanks to Miss Mason and the awesome teachers who were laughing and having just as much fun as the kids during the shows!
Today I returned to Beulah Park School in Zion, IL. The principal had heard about the show from her kids’ school — St. Pat’s in Wadsworth. She is already asking about having me back next year!
Be sure to look at the SCHEDULE page to find availablity for your school.
Although some schools book a year in advance, if you find a date in September or October and I’m still available, then let’s do it! : ) Your school will thank you : )
